How long does it take to receive my order?
We’ll always try to ship your order as soon as we receive it – usually within 1 to 2 days.
Once your order has left us, delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aims to deliver in 2-3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day delivery aim
Please note that during public holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will send it by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and the size of your order.

We send our parcels via Royal Mail.
If there’s a fault or issue
Contact us at hey@heydayhealthclub.com and we will either resolve the issue or send you a new product right away.
If you’ve changed your mind
You can return the unopened and unused product to us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll give you a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Contact us at hey@heydayhealthclub.com for details.

We’re sure you’ll love our range of products, but if for whatever reason you don’t, get in touch with us at hey@heydayhealthclub.com, send us back the product, and we’ll arrange a full refund, minus shipping costs.
